What does annual billing cost?

Annual billing costs the equivalent of ten monthly payments. A three-user Team subscription is therefore 3,490 SEK per year excluding VAT.

Do archived users or projects cost extra?

No. Only named users who can report time need reporting seats. Archived data, clients, projects, tasks and historical invoices are not billed as usage.

Can the monthly price change automatically?

No. The price changes only when an administrator adds or removes a reporting seat.

What does migration cost?

A standard automated migration is included. An assisted migration with manual verification is 2,900 SEK for teams up to 25 users during launch. We confirm scope and price before any work starts.

Is there a free trial?

Not as an anonymous self-service signup yet. We review the product with you and test one week using familiar data before cutover.
